Shipping & Returns

Balkan Sticker Co. is an independent brand rooted in the diaspora. All of our collections are released as Limited Drops. Because we produce strictly limited quantities and do not hold back-stock, we cannot operate like a "big box" retailer.

1. ALL SALES FINAL (Limited Drop Policy) Because every item on our site is part of a limited run, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong sizes ordered

  • Buyer's remorse (changing your mind)

  • "Fit preference" (e.g., "It's too baggy")

Why? Once a drop is sold out, it is gone. We do not hold extra inventory in a warehouse, which means we physically cannot process size exchanges because the size you want likely no longer exists.

2. SIZING: MEASURE TWICE, BUY ONCE Since we cannot offer exchanges, getting the right size is critical.

  • We have provided detailed Size Charts on every single product page.

  • How to be 100% sure: Do not guess. Take a hoodie or tee you already own and love, lay it flat on a table, and measure the Width (armpit to armpit). Compare that number to our chart.

  • If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

3. THE QUALITY GUARANTEE (Defects & Issues) While we cannot accept returns for fit, we stand behind our quality 100%. If we made a mistake, we will fix it.

  • What we cover: Misprinted items, damaged goods (like a cracked mug), or incorrect items sent by us.

  • The Fix: Please email balkanstickerco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • The Result: We will send you a replacement immediately (if stock is available) or issue a full refund if the item is sold out. You do not need to return the damaged item.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS We move fast to get your order into production. You have 1 hour after placing your order to request a cancellation or address change. After that window, your order is locked in production and cannot be modified.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to reship it for free. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

  • Lost Packages:

    • In Transit: If your tracking stops moving and the package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and replace your order or refund you.

    • Delivered but Missing: If tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
